Karii, for the infected follicles you are getting (not talking about scabs) maybe you should try topical clindamycin- not just after treatment but use it on a continuous basis until you are done with electrolysis in the next year or so.

The eyebrows hurt more because of the bone. More painful is the area between the neck and the chest ( I am a guy ) now that is very very painful ! Communication with the electrologist is the key .

This electrologist just used gold ballet needles. Josefa did the same for my sister on her forehead. She would say that the 'capsule' of the pimple had to be removed. Josefa used the Laurier IBP throughout.
