I returned the diode laser unit to Advanced Biotech (global Electrolysis Supply) only a week after I bought it for $2000. After hounding them for my refund, I doubt I will ever see my money. Is there anyone involved in a class action law suit against this company? If so, I'd like to take part in it. Please let me know. Thanks!

Here's the catch: fulfilling the return procedures is designed to be nearly impossible, Best you can probably hope for is a partial refund at some point.

Better to save your money and avoid anything by Global Electrolysis Supply.

It should also be noted that following their guidelines will make sure that you don't start the process to get your Credit Card Issuer into the process prior to the point where you start to loose rights under your cardholder agreement. Anything that you protest right away has more chance of getting the full force of the cardholder agreement rather than something that one waits 30 or 60 days to even contact the card company about.
