Global Electrolysis Supply - Legal Options?

I no longer have the lawyer assigned to my case with Global Electrolysis Supply(GES). He was too timid with respect to finding an "entity" to prosecute. I am in the process, though, of choosing better prosecutorial representation.
So far, we have concluded that in my case(when I ordered GES' merchandise) I can seek legal action against two "known" conspirators: One is the technical contact for GES' web site and owner of NetSolution, which hosted GES' web site, known as Anthony Santen. The other is Chris Williams, a.k.a. Chris Limon(then GES' sales rep.), who is currently head of Sales/Marketing at a San Diego, CA company known as Extreme Web Development.
My previous attorney did mention that a class-action lawsuit against GES would be more appealing(in the lucrative sense!) and promising. Why not hold liable all the UPS Store locations across the U.S. and Canada that are being used by GES to distribute their "junk" merchandise and further perpetuate this scam? My GES merchandise was shipped from The UPS Store #0937 in Albuquerque, NM. Other "victims" could give me the UPS Store location where their GES merchandise was shipped(in addition to what is in the hairfacts website).
If anyone out there can give me advice on these suggestions or information, please let me know? (It would also be great to hear from someone who has already taken legal action against these scum.)

Your best bet is to do a trace on the US fax number and find out who owns and pays for it. that should give you another name, and probably someone in the US to prosecute.

I received this today from Anthony Santen, the the technical director of the company hosting the site mentioned above. Quote:
Hi My name is Anthony Santen, I am the technical director of CanHost Inc. (in the UK we trade as NetSolution)
We have been in the hosting business since 1997 and have provided service to thousands of clients. We have recently been made aware of a post on your forum which is libellous and untrue. I would like to request that you remove this thread at your earliest convenience.

We provide hosting. We don't 'associate' with any of our clients. If our clients violate any law, and any law enforcement (in any country) requests removal of their site, we comply immediately. We cannot cancel one of our customers web sites due to one person's crusade because they purchased a defective product from this customer.
Should you wish to find the 'owner' of a web site, we would be more than happy to provide any lawyer or law enforcement with the full name and address of the last records we have on file, provided this complies with the Legal Information Act.
best regards Anthony Santen Technical Director, CanHost Inc. +1-905-426-6992

My reply to the note above: Quote:
Thanks for your note. I have added it to that thread to clarify your description of your involvement for the forum readers.
That reader has written that he concluded with his legal counsel that he can seek legal action against two known entities. There doesn’t appear to be anything libellous or untrue in that statement.
I will be happy to take this matter up with Health Canada and FTC/FDA if you and Mr. Mucha prefer. They have been helpful in dealing with issues like these in the past. I’d be happy to demonstrate the extent of your involvement to federal authorities. As you may know, several business on which I have focused are no longer in operation, and the owner of truehairfacts, who came after me most aggressively, is now in jail since 4 April on fraud charges, and the site hosts removed truehairfacts in advance of pending cases. I have been contacted by state and local law enforcement regarding the original 31-count indictment, and I will be more than happy to follow suit with your client and its web hosting service(s) if you feel a need to continue this.
If I do not hear back from you, I will assume this response has satisfied your concerns. Thank you again for contacting me.

Mr. Santen's reply:
Quote:
Thank you for your reply and your post.
I may not have been entirely clear in my statement to you. The objection I have is that my personal name is used as a 'conspirator'. This is, of course, completely untrue.
I have no interest in Global Electrolysis Supply. They pay a fee for rental of hard drive space. There's simply nothing illegal about that.
If they are found to be doing something illegal or unethical, I personally will cancel their account. Naming me as a conspirator and as scum is ill informed at best.
best regards
Anthony Santen
My response:
Quote:
Those characterizations are one poster's opinion and do not necessarily represent the views of the site. It should be pretty obvious even to you that your client is involved in unethical activities. Your decision to involve yourself with this company is ill-informed at best.

I am sure that the baseball bat remedy is the reason they make it so hard to find out who they are, and where they are, while they are buying yatchs and sipping the finest of wines and planning their vacation in the french alps.
