what hair removal would you suggest for a woman in a wheelchair who has too much bikini hair?

Shaving is cheapest and easiest.

Waxing lasts longer, but I'd get it done by a pro.

With shaving and waxing, it is important to keep the area clean following treatment, do reduce irritation and possible skin problems. Some people in wheelchairs are more prone to rashes and sores.

If you can afford it, electrolysis is good, or maybe laser if you have dark hair and light skin. If you are in a wheelchair because of paralysis, you might have the added benefit of no needing anesthetic to make treatment bearable.
