I had electrolysis on my upper back, we went for a clearance. its been just under 2 weeks. I had lots of pustules form which went after 3 days, then I started developing what looks like big spots in the skin, similar to acne. my upper back has started to break out in this.

my after care was aloe vera gel only for 3 days, then I started using rosehip oil from the 5th day which I have stopped now but these spots keep on forming. its making me feel depressed to see the skin like this.

Looks like dermatitis from the aloe or from the rose hip oil (probably the rose hip oil); try putting NOTHING on the skin as your "aftercare."

With all my male clients, we never have problems with nothing!

The post-treatment pustules were normal and expected. The later reaction is from the stuff you are putting on.

The aloe vera gel I used was 99.9% pure. I feel I need to put something on after treatment as skin was irritating me. Doing nothing on the skin would be difficult as I have sensitive skin.
These pimples I got all over treatment areas feel like cysts coming deep from within the skin. They have no puss.

The definition of "sensitive skin" is that it's reactive to outside elements or products ... like the ones you are using.

Perhaps wait a few days to a week to see if your condition changes.
But one good tip I learned from our great Josefa is to apply baby diaper rash cream (with zinc ingredient) and occlude it with saran wrap over night. A few days of this and skin calms down, crusts sloth off, redness reduces.

I tried the no touch approach and sometimes it did work, but other times my treatments did exacerbate dryness, itchiness, scabbing and acne on the chest area. Moisturizing well with occlusion helped a ton with relieving these issues, especially with scabbing.

I will give the no touch approach approach a go and see how it works out.

It be hard putting a saran wrap around my back. Be easier if it was on arms or legs.

I went to the doctor today as my skin was keeping me awake at night from slight burning. Turns out Mr Bono was right I had developed dermatitis along side some acne to go with it. Was given a emollient to rub on in the shower called dermol 200 which should calm the dermatitis down.
I'm also now spot treating the acne with some light benzoyl peroxide 5% which should bring cystic acne growing under the skin down and dry it up.

Next time when I continue the electrolysis won't be using rosehip oil as most likely the culprit. Could also well be the aloe vera gel which I will cut out also as suggested by Michael bono.
Thing is I've had light work on my face and arms and have never reacted like this till I started my back. Asked my electrolygist who said it could be a reaction from having so much work done in the upper back which may have contributed towards this issue.

Good going Vik ... glad it's under control. With my male clients (from other States and countries) I usually do 5 hours per day for a straight week. I mean, clear-off the whole back. I might think that the amount of treatment was the problem ... but I'm pretty it was the stuff you put on the skin afterward.
