Hi, I had my first laser treatment on my face almost a week ago(tomorrow will be 6 days). The problem is my face is still swollen on the left side. It also hurts like a bruise when I touch it. It's not too noticable but when you look long enough you can notice. I asked my nurse 3 days after treatment and she said I could have either iced one side more than the other or had more hair on one side of my face vs. the other. I did fall alseep on the ice pack the day of my treatment , so I figured that was it. I'm beginning to get worried because it's not going away. When I showed my brother he said I looked like a fatty. Has anyone else had this problem? My nurse had the laser turned up to about 45 on my right side(the swollen side), but she lowered it to about 35 on the left side. I'm definitely going to tell her on my next treatment. I just need to know if I should go to the doctor about this swelling or just ride it out.
