Oh my, it's been a long time! To find my post I had to dig and dig and dig and dig and...well, you get my point.

I sincerely apologize for the lack of updates. I am in school full time and also working full time. It doesn't leave much time for treatments nor updates.

I honestly haven't been in much for treatments. I believe I have gone 3 times since my last post, which was the end of August. I don't go again until next Tuesday. Things are still progressing, but not as well as I'd like. It is my own fault for not going tho.

We are able to totally clear one side from side burns to chin and a bit beyond in the 2 hour time frame...even going 4 to 6 weeks between treatments. I say that is a huge improvement. I'm not sure, but, I believe when I go back on tuesday we may be able to get both sides cleared in my 2 hour time frame. I won't keep my hopes up too high, but we are ALMOST to that point. Once I do get a side cleared, it stays clear for usually about 2 weeks without me touching it at all. All I can say is that it is a HUGE improvement to when I started in January with my man level beard.

I have been keeping pictures of my montly before and after's. I do have some pictures from treatments, but not many as I'm too bumble headed anymore to remember to take them. I will do my best to get them up, but won't even begin to make a guess as to when. I do have some time off next week, so, we'll see.

I will try a lot harder to update more often. I apologize it's been so long. I hope everyone is doing well with their treatments. Thanks for keeping up with mine!

Good luck everyone,
Savannah

We just thank you for your updates.

See, when you started, could any one have ever convinced you that you would get to a point where this issue was no longer in your top ten things to dwell on every day, or that it would happen so quickly?

And bonus, you don't look like this lady:

Again, sorry for not doing this regularly right now!

I had an appointment last Tuesday. We worked on the right side which hasn't been touched for a good 6 weeks (I would not recommend waiting this long between treatments, it's just working out that I have to with such a hectic schedule). We cleared the side burn, side, cheeks, chin on the right side, and some under the chin area. This is great for the amount of time it has been. As I like to mention, when I first started we could not even clear the side burn area in one appointment.
I am going in this Saturday and hope to get my chin done (which has come back with a vengeance AGAIN (I SWEAR it will be the death of me) ) and work on the left side. I think sometimes it looks worse now than it did when I first started because it's very patchy and spotty. I think it's more noticeable but it's probably all in my head!
The only big issue right now is horrible ingrowns. They are the worst right under my chin in the fatty area along with one or two lower on my face/neck area on both sides. They go deeeeeep and are becoming a pain in the rump. I'm hoping they will start to diminish soon. I am going to get some tend skin and see if that will help any.

Anyway, back to studying for me. I hope to get pictures updated soon but won't make any promises I'll update again as soon as I can. I have all of saturday off so I'll try to do it right away after my appointment.

Thanks all for reading and caring.
Good luck to everyone!

Hi! I had a 2 hr appt on Saturday. It had been 2 weeks since the last. We were able to completely clear the left side burn, left side, chin, fatty part under chin, and cheeks. I have not been able to get in and have this side worked on for prob 6 weeks which is seriously deterring my treatment. I would be so far ahead if I could go once or twice a week still. Right now I'm lucky if I go every other. It's frustrating but I still see a HUGE improvement.
I have an appt sched for this saturday and hope to stick to it. Will update then. I swear some day soon I'll get pics up, so sorry for the slacking!

Good luck all,
Savannah

Hi everyone! I hope all is well. I apologize that it has been soooooo long since I've written. I'm working 40+ hours a week and I'm a medical student nearing the end of the semester so time is limited. I'm sure you can all forgive me! ;-)

I've had 6 hours of treatment since my last update. I am only able to go sporadically now so things are progessing slowly; however, they are progressing. I just went on Saturday and it had been 3 weeks without an appointment. We cleared the right side, sideburn, cheeks, and chin, and the left side burn, cheek, and side of face. We also got some of the under part of the chin clear. That was a 2 hour appointment. I am not able to get in again for 2 weeks (my fault, not hers) which frustrates me because I am to the point now where if I could keep regular weekly appointments, I would be fully cleared each and every time. I am amazed at my progress and it's so exciting to see what we are able to accomplish now. Last January when I started, we could barely put a dent in my chin in 2 hours...now we are clearing all but a patch under the chin in the same amount of time. I have a great electrologist who is almost more excited about my progess than I am. She loves to point out what a great patchwork I have going on! LOL I have giant spaces where there is absolutely no hair growing. I look like a freaking patchwork quilt, but it's GREAT! I take it as a compliment! lol.

I do have some pictures, I will get them posted hopefuly next week as my last day of school for this semester will be next Tuesday. I wish I would have been able to keep better track of them, but I just didn't and I'm sorry.

I hope everyone is doing well with their treatments and their decisions for treatment.

I hope to write soon and often during my break as I'm going to really kick it in to gear!

Good luck all,
Savannah

It's true folks, I do still exist! So very sorry I've not updated. I've not had an appt since my last update as I was in a car accident and have not been able to get to the electro (I am fine...hit ice, rolled my car, walked away w/o anything, but my car was totalled). After my accident I started school and I just don't have any time. HOWEVER, I've FINALLY put a few pictures up. Just my 1 year pictures (can you believe it's been a year? I can't!). These aren't the best because I'm still showcasing some fuzz; however, this is my fault from the lack of appts. After August I was only able to go every other week, and now I haven't been in in about 6 weeks. If I were able to get there weekly, I wouldn't be doing anything between appts as the hair would be zapped each and every time. When I left off we were able to get about 3/4 of it cleared every 2 weeks, so, it's something. ANYWAY...I hope to get back on track here VERY VERY soon. In the mean time, please take a gander at the 1 year photos and ignore the fact that there IS hair, look at how much less is there...it's incredible!

Good luck to everyone,
Savannah

Do you find it hard to let the hair grow out when you have to go to work every day? What do you do in between sessions? Any advise would help. Thank you.
