I personally found her beautiful either way, and I must admit, I would rather she have earth-mother hair than the amount she has allowed herself for the past 15 years. But I admit to being a sucker for a lady with long hair. (red heads and brunnettes most particularly)

Come to think of it, most women with exceptionally long hair can tell you that they regularly have men they don't know take the time to complement their hair, and admonish them to never cut their hair.

Your guy will say you look great when you come home with that surprise "sassy bob-cut" but inside he is thinking "NOoooooooo!"

lol all of what u said is very true, especially the random compliments thing, happens almost daily... but this is a bit weird: a 70-yr old guy the other day complimented me on my hair in the grocery store, and added "by the way, i'm not flirting" at the end of the sentence.. i was like lol it didn't even occur to me that u were flirting (noticing he's that old)
