Can you tell me any information about United States Insurance. I have already paid for the laser hair removal and wanted to submit the claim to my insurance- Humana. I do have irregular periods which caused the hair growth. How should I go about submitting the claim. The laser hair removal people dont really want to deal with the insurance. so its up to me to see if they will help pay .01! any help is better than none so i appreciate any guidance you can give me.
