There was a posting about this in "Government Regulation." I think that it is similar to what PhotoDerma is doing from the sounds of it. http://www.photoderma.com/

It pretty much sounds like an IPL to me. I don't see the difference? I wouldn't have a problem with it if it worked, I'm looking to buy an IPL to temporarily get rid of the hair on my chest and stomach.
