I wax my legs most of the times - sometimes use a rotary epilator. It used to give me in-grown hairs but recently the problem has become much worse. And I have black hair so now I have shadow spots all over my legs. I can't wear shorts even right after waxing my legs. I don't know what to do with that. It's almost like where ever there's hair growing on legs, there's a spot. Is there anything that can help?

You might try a body scrub in the shower and a product like Tend Skin afterwards. After the Tend Skin dries, put on some moisturizer to keep things from drying out and to help the follicle openings look smoother and less pronounced.
