Go to google and type in 'electrolysis in Ithaca New York'. Get consultations with as many electrologists as you can. If no one can give you a thumbs up here on hairtell, then you will have to search for yourself. Come back and ask questions if you feel the need to.

Your post is a few months old, but if you are still looking, I hope this can help.

In the Ithaca area, there are three electrologists that I know of. Debbie Preston of A New You Electrolysis right in downtown Ithaca, Marilyn Aloi of Elmira Electrolysis in Elmira, and Hair It Is salon (which I know nothing about personally, beyond they "offer electrolysis".)

Debbie comes highly recommended from people I know (not sure what your situation is, but she works on both GGs and TG folks' facial hair.) If traveling to Elmira is not an option, she is probably your best bet.

My personal recommendation is Marilyn Aloi of Elmira Electrolysis (elmiraelectrolysis.com), she is my current electrologist and I can't recommend her highly enough. She has done a fantastic job on my facial hair (I am a genetic male with a very heavy beard), and she is an absolute delight to work with too.
