I am a dark skinned woman with thick hair on the chin, legs, stomach, some on my chest and sideburns. I noticed more hair sprouting out recently too. I have had the bloodwork done and everything comes back normal. I am in the process of reading the book "Winning the Battle Against Unwanted Hair". The author mentioned IPL as a option for all skin tones. I would like to know if anyone knows of any "safe" techs in the area of Minnesota? I have already tried laser with no success. Thanks.
