Is it ok to offer to sell my older epilator to others here? I was going to put it on eBay but I know a number of folks here who need one and I would like to be able to help someone out and sell it directly.

It is perfectly fine for you to list it here. Contact info for industry people none of us even knew has been posted on the site in the past.
I would recommend posting the machine info and what ever contact info you like both here and in the Ebay Machine listing string.
