how is this is done? I have seen them use lasers for hair removal before and it doesnt look exact enough to "sculpt" a beard

The most percise way to sculpt anything is with electrolysis because it is hair by hair selection. It brings immediate visual results, too. Laser des not.

It's done by outlining the area to be treated and covering up the rest with something white.
