hi,

i've recently heard an ad for the 'verseo e-pen' on a number of radio stations here in sydney, aust.. having had some laser and electroloysis done(fyi: much more satisfied with the latter)and being a sometimes reader of this site,i put forth my concern about this product towards one of the stations and they forwarded it to the national call centre which handles the sale of this product.

Cool Country radio station has passed on your complaint to us. In response to your email the Hair Facts web site has been around for a long time. I'm told it is somehow sponsored by the Electrolysis Industry and does not portray the ePen in a good light as it is eating into their market share. (a competitor)

Attached you will find the clinical trials. You'll note on page 9 the paragraph on "hair count conclusions".


The TV ads have been approved by FACTs and is CE approved. The product is backed up with not only a full 12 month manufacturers warranty, but customers are allowed 14 days to inspect the product, read through all the literature contained ie. instructions etc.
