Two pictures like these can not determine if you have PCOS. You may be normally healthy and have charactaristics for certain hair patterns similar to your relatives.
A diagnosis of PCOS is based on several and varied symptoms and a diagnosis may difficult to determine. Some of the symptoms are anovulation (not ovulating), excessive hairiness, obesity, cystic ovaries, infertility, acne, thinning hair to the order of male-pattern baldness, dark patches of skin, insulin resistance, just to name a few.
So your pictures do not tell the whole story and we can't diagnose here anyway. If you are in need of answers about whether you have PCOS or not, get evaluated by your physician.
