Hello, I am new to the forum and am not sure if this is the right place for my post, but here it is. About 4 months ago I bagan training with a instructor on an electrolysis machine I don't know the name of. The woman who owns the spa I will be working at, however, bought a new Sequentium vmc. My problem; I am not nearly as good on the new machine as on my instructors machine, and can't seem to get it set to perform well with most people. Occasionally someone comes in that I am able to fine tune the settings and it works so wonderfully that I can't imagine why I am having problems at other times. I guess I am wondering if anyone might have had some issues when first using this machine, or if it's just a matter of more practice? I am actually quite good on my instructors machine! I have tried Cust/service at the company that we got this machine from but that has been a real dissappointment as I have not been able to talk with anyone there who actually seems to know how to run this machine. Anyway, any help anyone has would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
Terrie

I used the VMC from 2003 to recently. I was very, very pleased with this epilator and still have it as a back up unit. I never had any problems transitioning from my other epilator to the VMC. It was rather easy.

Can you be more specific about your troubles?

Dee

Hi Dee,
Thank you for responding! With the VMC set on thermolysis, correct body part, level 3 and tolorance 1, working with foot pedal. After making the insertion and applying the foot pedal I am unable to easily remove the hair on one fellow most of the time, however sometimes it was just fine. I was using a #1 wire.
