i've got Psoriasis (partially; on my elbows) and Dermatographic Urticaria (skin writing); i am cosidering having lhr and electrolysis do you think it's ok?

i am blondish. but have some dark hair as well. i didnt ask my dematologist but the center i went into told me it would be ok..
