hi top posters, thoughts on vitamins etc. after i have gone through a consultation with aftercare i give my clients a leaflet as a reminder. i'm going to update to include the importance of vitamins(b,zinc and fish oils), hydration, and good skin care. What vitamins do you recommend and why? many thanks mairi

I don't have time to do a seminar, but I recommend the one's you have named, along with vitamins A and C added to that list, as they all help with the healing of skin, and boost the immune system.
