We have heard complaints about the Soprano over the years, much as you attest to. Go for an alexandrite laser if your hair is coarse, dense and dark hair on pale skin. It should hurt. Permanent hair removal or reduction is not pain-free.

Soprano shed all my hair, it all grew back plus some stimulated and more apparent. The hair i would say in certain areas is finer. I treated upper arms and back but there is definitely more. Id personally say electrolysis if you can find someone speedy. I won't ever recommended electrolysis to anyone ever again. It seems there are one too many cases like mine.
