Extremely thick beard near eyes

I must agree with the tweezing. The hair wasn’t this thick, but since I always thought that it didn’t stimulate growth, I decided to tweeze some of the hairs near my eye, now they have grown back thicker and darker. I started tweezing about 2 months ago about 1-3 times a week. I thought maybe it could have been hormones?(I’ve been stressed lately). But I’m a 24 year old male, I don’t think that could be it.

None of my family members have hair like I do, but my grandfather was a hairy guy, my mom says he had a beard just like mine. Assuming It’s genetic?

What can I do, would they thin out by themselves over time?

I want to start treating. So is laser out of the question for my skin complexion? I do not want to end up with bad skin reactions. I go to school and work, I would have 3 days to heal back to normal at most after treatment. Should I just stick to electrolysis? even for the beard portions?

I was thinking doing Electrolysis for my thin hairs near eyes for now, and then work my way down with laser? but I’m not sure if that would end up stimulating growth.

I already looked up a place that charges $80-$90 per hour of treatment. How many treatments am I looking at? I’m not trying to do much, just shape my beard, two maybe three fingers down from the top of the hairs near my eye.

Any advice on how to go about this with my circumstances?
