Just thought to let you know that this is week 3 since my last IPL treatment, and I still have some finer, lighter hair. So, obviously you are right when you say that it doesn’t work on finer less pigmented hair.
Also, the discolouration that was caused by the Gentlelase patch test, turned red a couple of days ago. I put some tea tree oil, and it is better today.
