I personally wouldnt do laser on the neck again. I found the sessions I had on the neck didnt do alot to remove hair and the neck tends to be a high blood flow area and that affects how hair grows. I would also be in the same court as Michael, in that electrolysis is more predictable controllable and more likely to give you the results you want( THat is I fall into the electrolysis group ) .
