Shortly after a laser session I discovered I have an area with a lot of pinkish bumps. They look like pinkish dots but when I touch that area they feel like pimples.
Can they be ingrown hairs?
Will the bump and the pinkish color disappear in time or do I have to scrub the area or put a lotion?

When you say shortly after, do you mean the following hours?
It’s quite a normal reaction for the skin to go bumpy or even for small welting to occur.
Try not to mess around with it. Aloe vera gel will help soothe the skin. Definitely no scrubbing.
It’s quite common to have red or pink sots after a laser treatment, probably caused by the heating up of the follicles around the hairs . The first time I had laser I had a face ful of them. It could be overtreatment, or just the normal skin reaction to something it’s not used to. My firsat time I had a face full, and they lasted 2-3 weeks before completely fading. By the second time and thereafter, I never experienced them again.

I did have those bumps even when I had my second and last LHR treatment in the legs.
But it has been 5 weeks since then and I still have them.
I did use a sponge to scrub the area a bit - I hope that won’t make it worse.
The area looks very bumpy and hasn’t shown signs of improvement.
