Dimpling

I have a client whom I’ve only seen once, and we did galvanic electrolysis. She had previously had electrolysis done by another electrologist. When we started the treatment, she mentioned that she liked my machine better because it was less painful than the one her previous electrologist used. That was really nice to hear!

A few weeks later, she sent me a picture of her skin showing some dimpling after the treatment. She’s worried because she heard that if you develop this kind of reaction, it might be permanent. Please give an advice or ideas what should I do or what did I do wrong. Thank you
