it’s better not to since remnants of the cream might remain in the skin and can still burn you. i would only do it if it’s really really far out from your treatment. usually 8-12 weeks is not enough though to get rid of all of it.
We’ve tested the fake tans and found that they don’t really increase the risk of burns (assuming one is using a reasonable setting). The reason seems to be because the fake tan is only on the surface of the skin and not spread out through the epidermis as melanin tends to be.
