hi im having ipl done and my technician is using a model called harmony laser machine aria… is this good ? i have had one treatment done on my legs have seen some shedding well patches hair has grown back now used it at asetting of 13 something she said the highest was 16 ? im so confused i am skin type IV asian skin can u advise me please thanks
This is not a bad IPL machine, but it’s still an IPL. Generally, IPLs are not best for Asian skin.
How long ago was your treatment? What percentage of the hair shed?
hi thanks for ur reply had the treatment aboout 5 weeks ago my next appointment is in a weeks time not much hair shed just about 20% what setting should be used? i havent had any side effects been using aloe vera gel and sun cream
Most of the hair should shed, so it sounds like settings were low. I don’t know settings on this machine. You’ll have to discuss with them the fact that so little has shed, and they should really be doing a touchup for you for free instead of charging you for a full other treatment.
