Does any man here did get an even reudction after lasering the legs , what type of laser is best for that , how long it took to the hairs to grow back and did it grow patchy and after a while came back to look naturaly ?
if i go back after 3 weeks to a touch up treatment can it guaranty that all of my hairs will grow back even ?
i am really intrested to know from men who did it and can share there results.
i know that when i did lasered my arms (between the lower and upper arms) only one time , it grow back not even (some spots have no hair , some have thick ones…) and even a year after it stills the same in some spots… so i am affraid that my legs hair will look all wierd even one year after one laser session.
If you run a search on the forum you will find some posts where people have had uniform hair reduction, and others where they havent and it’s been patchy.
Personally I’m waiting to see how my legs will come out as Iv’e just had my first laser session on them at 16 joules with a Candella GentleLASE. It can depend on the accuracy of the operator, for example:
If the nurse misses patches.
If the nurse presses the end of the laser too hard down on the skin making the skin into a cone sort of shape. Meaning that the area of skin closest to the laser got treated more than the surrounding area.
If the nurse did sufficiant overlapping on dense areas of hair.
It can also depend on the settings, again for example:
If you use the same settings throughout the treatment or did you find it to painful or for whatever reason and changed them.
Are certain areas of hair already darker than others.
It can depend on many things, although the most significant thing in regards to getting a uniform reduction of hair is generally the nurses skill.
When I get a chance to see how my legs come out I’ll update my post/diary thing with the results for all to see (with pictures).
there are at least several personal stories about this. Use the Advanced Search feature at the top right and you will easily locate them.
Laser type depends on YOUR specific skin and hair type. Whether there is patchiness depends on tech’s skill and overlapping. Whether someone else experienced it or not won’t tell you anything about the quality of your future treatments. It will depend on you finding a good knowledgeable clinic with the best laser for your skin and hair type. Generally, legs are an easy area to treat given that your hair there is coarse.
