Ok so the Epilady TweezEpil doesn’t work? I did a search for home electrolysis and the One Touch and the Epilady Tweezer thing where the only things that came up.
Also, are there any retail stores I can buy One Touch at? (Instead of the web) Like Wal-Mart, Walgreens, etc.?
No the Epilady TweezEpil doesn’t work. only the one touch kit PERMENENTLY removes hair, all the others are short term.
I think some major drug stores sell them but you’ll have to look around.

Jennifer, if you don’t want to purchase the One Touch online via www.folica.com, you can call around to local drug stores and beauty supply places. Eventually, you should find a place that carries it.
