I think 80% would be a very good percentage. Looking at your photos, I do think you got zapped pretty nicely (hard) and I would not expect many returning hairs.
(We have about 200 - 300 Swedes attending our local college every year. I’m a mile from the campus. I have had Swedish students stay at my house. I usually put up a giant Swedish Flag on the front of the house that everybody likes … except Mrs. Jensen, she’s from Denmark!)
You know what I think is happening here? your electrologists are doing things right, but they do not know how to interpret their own results.

Thank you both, I’ll try not to over analyze this for now, after all I’m finally getting rid of those damned hair, I should just think about that and be happy. 
LOL Michael, posting that link is just cruel, Hairtell will never be the same again. Also, I think there will be plenty of hair left to zap in the fall, the arm isn’t done yet, then there’s the other arm…both legs…stomach…back…face…etc…
