I over treated. For that I have beat myself up a lot over. I would like to know the likelihood of deep pitting specifically. Would the scabs hide deep pits? Basically is there anything here that is likely to linger post a year. I don’t want to have to do collegan injections or micro needling but I’m considering it. It sucks because I was just getting to a better point in my transition post BA surgery and now this is devastating. I did it successfully on another arra of my face and it looked better. However the urge to fast track my transition led me to take short cuts in this instance.

perhaps a little less likely but damage can be done in any modality. Skip the polysprin please. Cool water mild soaps if any for a few days. let it heal .You wont know the results for a long time.Hopefully no harm done.Your skin will amaze you in how it heals and recovers from such things.Take this lesson moving forward. Space your work and a little less agressive. Let time do it’s work as part of the formula. A treat and wait strategy might help.Dont let your hurry to transition push you to clear. not today never today. I know why this happened but you have a whole lifetime. Theres no rush and its better for your skin to go slowly.

What machine are you using? Was it straight galvanic or blend? I can give you advise on machine use, but you also need to really watch your insertions. If you are teaching yourself to do this on just yourself (I still recommend professional training) but I can point out some insertion videos that show proper insertions. Definitely let your skin heal, don’t treat close to those. Keep it clean, no heavy or greasy ointments. Hypochlorous acid and just let it breathe. DM me if I can help.

and for customers who developed irritation from aloe gel that we are using, please use topical hydro/silicone gel + hydrocolloid roll/dressing or silicone sheet for scar/wound/acne treatment, instead, for at least 2 - 4 days immediately after electrology procedure. Apply thin layer of silicone gel and cover it with hydrocolloid roll/dressing (cut to size) from chemist. Watch this. See images below for examples:
Hydrocolloid rolls absorb fluid and protect fresh wounds, while silicone sheets hydrate and flatten mature, closed scars.

Please give plenty of TIME to let those areas completely heal, says 3-4 months or longer, before resuming PROPER electrology treatment.
