I over treated. For that I have beat myself up a lot over. I would like to know the likelihood of deep pitting specifically. Would the scabs hide deep pits? Basically is there anything here that is likely to linger post a year. I don’t want to have to do collegan injections or micro needling but I’m considering it. It sucks because I was just getting to a better point in my transition post BA surgery and now this is devastating. I did it successfully on another arra of my face and it looked better. However the urge to fast track my transition led me to take short cuts in this instance.
you’re right to be concerned. slow down. it will take time, dont beat yourself up do nothing for now.

perhaps a little less likely but damage can be done in any modality. Skip the polysprin please. Cool water mild soaps if any for a few days. let it heal .You wont know the results for a long time.Hopefully no harm done.Your skin will amaze you in how it heals and recovers from such things.Take this lesson moving forward. Space your work and a little less agressive. Let time do it’s work as part of the formula. A treat and wait strategy might help.Dont let your hurry to transition push you to clear. not today never today. I know why this happened but you have a whole lifetime. Theres no rush and its better for your skin to go slowly.

What machine are you using? Was it straight galvanic or blend? I can give you advise on machine use, but you also need to really watch your insertions. If you are teaching yourself to do this on just yourself (I still recommend professional training) but I can point out some insertion videos that show proper insertions. Definitely let your skin heal, don’t treat close to those. Keep it clean, no heavy or greasy ointments. Hypochlorous acid and just let it breathe. DM me if I can help.
