What about prior to treatment?

I started using Obagi Clenziderm due to sudden outbreak of pimples on my face. I sometimes have one pimple showing on my face (which is one too many), but last week I all of sudden woke up with around 10 scattered throughout my face, so I decided to use Obagi Clenziderm to see if it can stop (which I think it is working - it is my 3rd day with using it).

Prior to this, I used very mild skin care products - which I discussed with my electrologist, so I was not worried about how it will affect my treatments.

Unfortunately I threw away the handout she gave me (and feel bad about this - that is why I don’t want to call her), so at this point my plan is to stop using the products 48 hours prior to treatment. The thing is, my treatment will most likely not be on my face (since I only sometimes have one odd hair at a time on my face), but I want to be safe.

I would really appreciate your input :).

I have appointment this Friday and will need to make a decision this evening whether or not to stop using my skin care products for 2 days.

P.S. I was thinking of clearing some hair between my eyebrows (very conservative - no eye brow shaping) - so my face will be treated after all.

maybe you should call your electrologist. she probably wont mind the call. Tell her you cant find the sheet she gave you.

Or just quit using the skin cream 2 days before and ask her at the appt. I dont put anything on my face the day of my appt and wait 3 days before I put anything on again.
