Find someone with a microscope.
I dont know that a microscope is the issue. This sounds like different levels of care between electrologists.not necessarily a vision issue.I f it were me, the one taking the more time and care would be my choice.

Thanks for this (y) I really appreciate you taking the time to chime in with your expertise! I will be sticking with them for the time being and hoping for results within the next 6 months or so.
