Im having real trouble finding a reputable or reccomended Electrolysis in the UK.
Do any actually post on this or any other site? If not, i find it a little concerning, due to the fact this is such a niche market. Why wouldn’t they be on here promoting and sharing their advice? (Like the US based pro’s)
I wish i lived in the US to deal with my hair…

There was a post on here while back with links to UK based Electrolysis. But they all seem like beauty salons and not specialists.

Is there anyone here has had Electrolysis in the UK?

beauty salons are fine. They hire electrologists to perform treatments several times a week etc. it’s done in the US too. If the person knows what they’re doing, that’s all you really need. It’s expensive for an electrologist to have their own business with all the costs of having an office etc.

There are several discussions on here about electrologists in the UK. try the search feature. I believe ‘pamd’ here is from the UK.

“pamd” as I said. but you shouldn’t be concerned with finding someone who practices it AND posts on here. There are only a handful of people posting here considering how big the US is. There is one electrologist from all of California and it’s almost the size of the UK :slight_smile: The best thing to do is to read others’ experiences in the UK (there are several here) and use their recommendations, and more than that, just going for sample treatments at the ones you do find and seeing how things go. After reading the forum here, you should be able to figure out who’s good through sample treatments anyways. Use the search feature to find previous posts btw.
