I got home today after 40 minutes of electrolysis on my lower back to discover that she concentrated on clearing one section (instead of thinning the whole area) so now I’m left with lots of dark hair minus of patch of no hair. How soon can I bleach the remaining hair?
Can you go back in to finish up within the next few days instead? Or shave and go in in a week? Don’t let the hair go into the dormant phase by bleaching and leaving it for a while.
If it is not possible to go back in soon, and you must bleach, you need allow a minimum of 7 days before bleaching, and then wait a minimum of 7 days before the next treatment. If the skin has any irritation, you need to wait longer before bleaching. Don’t traumatize your skin by putting chemicals on an irritated area.
