Anyone have experience with this product? Comes out of Canada

Or does anyone have other suggestions for topical anesthetic?
I have tried LMX 5 which is ok. A cheaper product from hocks.com (claiming 4% Lidocaine) does not seem to do much.

I think I had figured that out as well. I was asking if anyone had experience with the product or the company. In any event, I have ordered some so we’ll see how delivery goes and how the product works.
I’ve used this product for my last 6 sessions and it didn’t do much for me. The only area I really need any local anesthesia is my mustache area and below my lower lip, and unfortunately the hairs are coarse and solidly rooted; the anesthetic may not be strong enough (which would be surprising), or may not penetrate deeply enough. It’s worth a try, as everyone’s hair growth, skin condition, and personal pain threshold varies, even from session to session.
I’ve also tried a couple of products marketed to tattooists, but these were not effective either. I’ve given up experimenting with local anesthetics: my sessions have dropped to about 3 hours so I just do what I’ve done all along - wear a mouth protector and clinch my teeth!
