Electrologist in Norway?

Im a 21 year old male from Norway who have struggled with body hair since I hit puberty. I have tried laser and ipl treatments for $10.000 but didnt get good results (maybe a 10% reduction).
I had 4 treatments of Alexandrite and Diode laser and 10 treatments of an IPL device called MiniSilk Deka Laser.
I have just lost all my faith in lasers, but I think its due to lack of experience from the persons who treated me.

I have decided to start electrolysis on my upper body; Chest, stomach, shoulders, upper arms, neck and back.

I just had to post a thread about this and see if anyone have someone to recommend :slight_smile:
I really want to get rid of this huge, huge issue once and for all.

Can you gather a list of electrologists in Norway and then visit the ones close to home and then widen the circle if necessary ?

Let us know how successful you are. This is the best way you can help yourself and then in turn, help others in the Oslo area. We just can’t answer some questions about who is the best in some areas of the globe.

I had actually tried finding some clinic in Sweden but all of them offer the crappy IPL laser to rob people.

To boy1989, if you are still in Oslo, how about calling your doctor and ask them for elektrolysis specialists?

I have contacted a lot of cliniques in Oslo today. But very few offer treatment to the upper body of men. And the ones who do dont have a lot of experience.

Think I will have to travell abroad

It is a lot of great information on this site.
Im so thankfull to the experts who dedicate some of their time to help others on this forum.
Before I joined hairtell I didn’t think electrolysis was an option. All the laser and ipl cliniques I have been to (and that is a looot) judge electrolysis and say that it’s too time consuming, painfull and expensive to do on the areas that I want the hairs removed from. So I thought laser was my only option.

I haven’t reached “Skjønnhet og Helse” in Oslo. But think I have called all other electrologists in the area.
Travelling to Bergen will actually cost about the same as travelling to Germany or Spain.

Might as well go to Spain for vacation and to visit Josefa. If you can get clearances each time, you only need to come in once a month or so.

The only problem is that I’m quite scared of flying. But I guess thats just something I have to overcome to be hair free. Hehe.

They have over the counter sleeping aids. They’re fine. If you want something stronger, there’s Ambien (your flight may be too short for this one).

I fly all the time, so it’s not a problem for me. But I do take them on long haul flights (10+ hrs) to Asia, Africa etc because I just don’t sleep well on planes.
