Hi. Two months ago I had an upper lip electrolysis. It left me scared (orange peel skin) and whats the worst - after 2-3 days a HUGE hyperpigmentation has appeared, which looks even worse than moustache itself.
It’s not brown like typical PIH, rather dark gray like bruise. It’s getting worse and darker over time. It is not hair shadow, because there are barely any hair left - I do not even need to shave.

I do not know what to do, any medication, steroids/azaleic acid doesn’t work.

You arent scarred. Time will heal all. There is no visible eggshell effect and it’s far too soon after treatment to even see such.what you are seeing is a combination of hyperpigmentation, and likely one or two ingrown hairs. Relax it’s all going to be fine.Trans beard hairs are some of the toughest we face, dont knock the small stuff. It will resolve beautifully.
