I have another session of electrolysis tomorrow, 39 hours!

I Notice today that there are lots of hairs under the skin that look like pepper flecks!or hairs that have not quiet broken thru yet. I havent shaved sense Friday and the majority of hairs have some length to them so that electro can get them.

Why does this happen, can i exfoliate tonight to rough them up a little, or is this a bad idea before electro? Will this help to break them out?

They are probably hairs just growing and coming to the surface, or were broken under the skin and coming to the surface (I used to tweeze often and would get some pepper spots a few days afterward.) They could also be fragments of hair left behind from a hair that was treated with electrolysis.

The pepper spots are not encased in a large red spot are they?
