In my opinion, once every 3 weeks is just fine. Most people would keep any noticeable hairs at bay on that schedule. One may feel hairs sooner, and one may find hairs while scrutinizing with a 10 times magnification mirror, but the average person making a casual assesment of your look would notice nothing if you got a full clearance once every 3 weeks.
Congratulations! It requires a good bit of persistence and patience, but you are now reaping the benefits!

27th August - 10 mins on face and 20 mins on belly
30th August - 30 mins on belly
got a few hairs at minute that need seeing to on neck and odd few darker on face, but not going back until sat 10th Sept.

went 10th Sept for half hour electrolysis session. had just over 20 mins done on neck and jawline/chin area. very few from face. and rest of time on centre of eyebrow. Could have prob done with another 10 mins doing on face/neck area but going back in two weeks for a longer session. thanks 
had another session today of half an hour electrolysis. prob five mins on face and rest on neck and jawline. looks like she got every hair that she needed to which is great. booked in for two weeks from now. oh and there were plenty of long medium hairs on my neck nothing course though. catch up soon
had another half hour session on face and neck. defo need to go back two weekly at the moment. most of treatment was carried out on jawline and neck.
on 22nd Oct had another half hour session. most taken from neck and jawline area. I asked her to turn machine down slightly as getting lots of scabs and bumpy skin from previous treatments. Still got scabs but not as many as last session and skin was not very bumpy either and had gone down in a day. thanks

had another session today 1 hour. 45 mins on neck and jaw mainly, some from face and about 5 mins around upper and lower lip. final 15 mins were spent on belly. skin seems ok on face, just a little bumpy under neck but most of hairs taken from there so will be sore.
Have booked another 1 hour session in two weeks - want to tackle a few more from belly area.
last saturday 19th had an hour session of electrolysis. 20 mins on face mainly neck and jawline and rest of time on belly. left with scabs on belly and its been a week and still got scabs - will ask her to try and lower machine settings for next time - it was quite painful too. but the time she spent on belly was good really made it look tidy - not removed all hair (would be impossible with me!!) but thinned out which is more natural looking - so happy with that. she works about 7cm up from belly button, 2 cm out from both sides going out and about 3-4 cm going down from belly button.
had a half hour session on face and neck. about 8 mins spent on sides of face and rest of time on neck and jawline. she took everything she needed to, except when I got home I noticed one long hair on side of face (gutted one got missed!!). coming up to three years now with this treatment 
will it ever end?
Yes, it will end as long as your body is not tapping new hairs to grow, but even then, those hairs can be dealt with easily. It sounds like you are much better. People do get frustrated at the end even though they are far from what they began with. I am amazed when clients come in and say with much drama that they have a lot of hair and when they get on the table and I take a look, I see a few scattered hairs that take minimal time to knock out.
I do two things when I finish a treatment with most clients:
I give them a mirror and have them lbrowse over the treated area to see if I missed any hairs that they would like to be removed.
In some cases where the hairs are really stealthy, I give them a cotton ball with 70% alcohol and have them clean a fingertip or two and have them feel over the area for any stubby coarse hair.
I don’t want to send anyone home frustrated that I missed hair. One long hair is not so bad, but yes, you were there and you wanted it treated.
Ask for a mirror next time, 'kay?
17th Dec had another half hour session of electrolysis - she spent 20 mins on face and neck (mainly jaw line and neck), and 10 mins on belly. She did give me a mirror to check my face after 20 mins of treatment as she said she couldnt see any obvious hairs and when I looked it did look hair free from obvious hairs so we did 10 mins on the belly. its been a week and I have noticed about 4 darker hairs on chin area starting to think maybe I should take my treatments to three weekly instead of two weekly. I suppose thats good news!!! Another treatment due next week
another up date…had an hour session today - 25 mins on face and neck, and rest on belly.
last Saturday had another half hour session of electrolysis on mainly on neck, chin with a little time on sides of face - could have done with longer, prob another 10 minutes or so. is it worth trying Blend method on the neck area? the hairs are not curly but very persistent. face is doing great but the neck I am struggling with??? thanks :-\
on thursday had another half hour session, been three weeks since last session but could still do with being there two weekly. she took mainly from neck chin and odd few from side of face… I asked my therapist to drop the settings cos took ages to heal from last treatment with scabs and being sore. vast improvment this time. some slight marks on my neck but nothing severe as my session was last time. on the three year mark now
Hi leo are you done with your treatment.It is good you are almost done but wow am getting discouraged to start cos i am hoping by "013 january i will be done.i just started,am treating my chin and neck.
