Jus wondering, wat is a reasonable hourly rate for electrolysis in the Toronto/Buffalo area for lets say 8 hours of work?..of course, currency in this case is a variable.
Of course I’m not looking for the cheapest as if one does, results tend to suffer.

The average rate in the Toronto Canada/Buffalo New York areas are about $100 per hour. Some are higher, some are less, but that is about what one can expect to pay.
Of course, the question of how many hours you need has more to do with who you are seeing, as some electrologists are faster than others 
is it standard practice or common for electrolysists to give discounts on ‘volume work’? For example, if one goes in for a long session of 6-8 + hours does the hourly rate become slightly lower?
I pay for 10 hours up front and get 20% off or so. It depends on what an electrologist decides to offer.

shoulders/upper arms + either chest or back or both depending on pricing
Wow, it sure is nice to be in Dallas, where this is typically about $60/hr. I pay in advance to get 6 hours for $300.
