Hair type ID: shallow white bulb

I have a question from the DIY perspective but I think the Pros are most likely to know the answer so I hope its OK to post it here.

In my hair recent hair zapping endeavors, I am seeing a hair type and I am not sure what type or phase it is. The characteristics are as follow: hair is pigmented and same diameter as the other growing hairs but they are are a little less dark. They have a pure white bulb on the bottom and this bulb is very shallow. They tend to be harder to pull after zapping. They are growing hairs so I don’t think they are telogen but the shallow white bulb is very different from the very dark and deeper bulbs found on nearby hairs. Because the color and sheen are subtly different, I can usually guess which hairs are of this type before removing.

Any idea what hair type and phase these are?
