Have i wasted 7 months?

Today, i am a happy camper. I had one hour session with my new electrologist. Shes doing thermolysis, whereas i was doing galvanic for the past 7 months. Mashine isnt very new, but here is how it went for me today.
I came in, everything was pretty similar to the other place where i was going. I laid down, and she said she was going to numb the area. I was stunned. Never got that treatment before, and i was pleasantly surprised. then she started working around my face and i was wondering when well begin the actual treatment. After couple minutes it hit me- she already started. It felt like filling the hair canal with boiling water. It was really really hot, but only for a second. I couldnt really feel the insertions due to the numbing lotion. That made me very happy. Also, hairs slid right out, and i was very happy about that, because i am used to both - felling the needle going in (which really hurt with galvanic), and hairs being pulled out.
I almost fell asleep. Room was dark, she had only her lamp working, music was on, and pain was absent. Just little bit discomfort when the needle was in.
Bigest surprise of all: Once i got up and looked in the mirror, i noticed that i am about 15 minutes away from full clearance, and hadnt i made her do my lower lip (which she also almost cleared), id have my full clearance. My hubby is thrilled for me. I almost have no hair left on my upper lip, and the ones that are there are almost invisible inless i go on the sun.
I am a bit mad at myself though. I wanted to switch to her long time ago, but i was too lazy. I probably felt comfortable in my routine, and scared to switch.
One more thing i want to mention for future reference. With galvanic it took almost 10-15 seconds to treat each hair. With thermolysis (short wave, as i was told ) it took about 3 seconds. Very fast, and very painless, when compared to what i went thru.
Yay for me !!!

See, we told you so.

It would have been nice to meet you in person, but thankfully, it now seems unnecessary.

Congratulations, and now we have someone to recommend in KW country

Give your new electrologist a big hug from the hairtell gang. It’s so frustrating to be so far away and know what to do, but not be able to show you what is really and truly posssible. Did I just make sense?
