Need a buddy to do electrolysis

I just recently bought an electrolysis machine (Apilus Senior). And I am planning to start working on my legs. But I was told by one of the posters here that the best way is to partner up with someone and work on each other. I am not a certified electrologist, and have no training in electrolysis. But I cannot afford to get it done professionally either. I am a student, and I don’t have extra money for hair removal. I got this machine for a really reasonable price. And it is in perfect condition. I am from London, Ontario. If anyone is interested in pairing up, please let me know. And we can get started on this together.

I would help you if I could but I live in the Netherlands

Good luck!

ya ur too far toeman lol

but thanks anywayz

Zala, you should buy a book on how to do electrolysis and start with treating a small area that is not too visible to get your insertions down to perfect. You don’t want to start treating everywhere right away, as this can cause potential issues like scarring from inexperience.

Btw, how much did the machine cost? Is your hair dark and coarse? I am wondering why you didn’t consider laser on this area as it’s an easy area for laser to treat that only needs treatments every 12-16 weeks. I would think that it would be a lot cheaper than investing in this machine, not to mention the time and effort you will spend on all those hairs.

The machine cost me $400…and I could do laser on my legs bcuz the hair is coarse and the skin light, so i wud be a perfect candidate…however, im starting to practice electrolysis on legs bcuz it’s an easier area that I can reach…i need someone else to work on my other areas with finer hairs…such as chest, tummy and lower back.

Actually James recommended me a book and I am going to purchase it soon. I just spent what I had saved on the machine. So now im kind short on funds.

By the way, Revita medispa was where I had that horrible experience at the consultation for laser hair removal. The one that you had helped me find.

That’s a very good price for that machine. So as long as you don’t mind spending the time and learn how to use it well, it will be worth it.

Keep looking for a place. It takes time to find a good one.
