That is not possible. The body calluses over the interior of the follicle at the conclusion of the treatment. There are no growth cells left, and there is no connection between the interior of the follicle and the blood supply that feeds hairs.
What IS possible is follicles that currently don’t grow hair, being activated to grow hairs, by hormonal imbalanced, prescription drug interactions, use of artificial sweeteners, eating Genetically Modified Foods, Diabetes, and so on.
There is something that came to my mind about the effects of electrolysis. Since electrolysis will destroy the follicle, will it effect the DNA? I mean if one has been having electrolysis and killed hair, does it mean that the future offsprings will be less hairy in the parts where the parents had electrolysis?
on the follicle , of course. I know many people from my early days that spent a lot of time watching TV and really degenerated the eyes.Their children ended with glasses in the early years.I assumed it would be the same for hair too.
Electrolysis treatments would not alter the DNA just like cutting off the doberman pinscher’s tail (docked at birth for generations) doesn’t start making the doberman stop growing a tail in utero.
If it is truly “destroyed” properly, and scar tissue is blocking it completely: no, it will never again establish a hair root. This is why electrolysis is the only treatment described by the FDA as “permanent hair removal” for many, many years.
If I am looking for around 40% of hair on my legs to be my completely gone,would this happen within half a year?I just looking a permanent reduction of 30-40% of hair on my legs, not all hair on the legs.
I may perhaps want to look in the regrowth chart forum.
To the professionals, I have a question regard beards.
I have a pretty dense beard and want to make it a bit "lighter"beard to sport.Moreover, a low profile beard as opposed to the one that I have, a very high dense beard hitting uppercheek bones.
It is possible to perform eletrolysis on the entire beard for one round to make it lighter and less dense? I still want to keep my beard, but less dense and much lower though.
I’m not an electrologist, but yes, yes and yes! You just need to find a good electrologist, preferably one that has worked on thinning out and shaping beards before.
The larger/thicker/coarser hairs are created from larger follicles and generally require more energy to kill. They will also possibly require multiple treatments to 100% kill. In this sense, they are more “stubborn” to eliminate.
It’s also important to remember, there are always multiple hair follicles in the same area, each producing hairs on different growth cycles/schedules. Even when all the visible hairs are treated, there remain inactive/idle/dormant follicles in the area. When these dormant follicles restart their growth cycle, new hairs will appear in the area. The appearance of these hairs is not a failure to treat everything, because the weren’t visible to the electrologist at the time of treatment.
Typically, it will require several electrolysis treatments over several months to permanently eliminate all the hairs. Time and patience are critically important during the first several months of treatment, while the hairs go through their normal (and different!) growth cycles.
How many times does the hair have to be cleared before you can see an improvement (getting into “phase 2”)? It may depend on what body part or other things, but an example maybe?
Because my clients get full clearances, one would see a reduction in the number of hairs by the 3rd clearance. One would see a reduction in the thickness of the hairs remaining sometime around the 6th clearance.
If one is NOT having full clearances, it is hard to answer your question.
I have a question regarding body building products. I understand additional protein in form of powder will not accelerate hair growth.What about creatine or Essential Amino Energy?
This were the details for the essential amino energy:
* 5 g of Micronized Free-Form Amino Acids
* Beta-Alanine
* 100 mg of Caffeine from Green Tea
* Green Tea Extract
* Green Coffee Extract
* 10 Calories
* Zero Fat & Sugar
regarding full clearances… I suppose it must be even harder to tell if one is looking to thin out a certain area?
